He has extensive professional industrial experience and has performed equipment design and maintenance, directed manufacturing operations, driven the product strategy and planning processes for high-tech products, directed product management and marketing, and negotiated technology and manufacturing transfer agreements with a variety of international third parties. Mr. Alexander has owned two successful businesses and served as a consultant to Fortune 500 Companies. He was President of a firm that brokered equipment worldwide. Chuck Alexander is President of CF Alexander & Associates, LLC, a firm that performs machinery/equipment valuations, brokers equipment, and assists clients in buying and selling businesses. Mr. Alexander holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and has ongoing professional educational involvement with Business Brokers Network and National Equipment & Business Brokers Institute. He is a contributing guest speaker to the University of Oklahoma College of Continuing Education concerning business valuations. Our Appraisal Partner We are affiliated with John R. Harris, Director of the National Equipment & Business Brokers Institute. John holds a license in several states and has over 25 years of appraisal experience. He is certified by the American Society of Appraisers in the field of Machinery/Equipment and Technical Specialties and is authorized to use the professional designation of ASA. Mr. Harris holds a Master of Business Administration degree. He currently teaches appraisal techniques in Business, Real Estate, and Machinery/Equipment.
